It'll easily give you 100+ hours of game time as long as you don't try to rush it (not recommended). You might want to play the first game in the series, My Time at Portia, first as that game is complete and you can frequently get it 75% off. You may also consider buying the The My Time Series bundle if both games are discounted at the same time as My Time at Sandrock is sold cheaper during the Early Access period and price will likely rise to at least same price point as Portia is at so you'll end up paying more if you wait for full release. Should you buy the DLC's do make sure you make storage boxes before opening the mail box for the first time as game will dumb them all into your inventory the moment you open the mailbox filling your inventory up. Multiplayer can be soloed with the caveat of it being balanced around having multiple players participating (up to 4) so you may have to grind more to acquire the needed resources and to be high enough level to challenge some enemies, dungeons and bosses alone. Multiplayer is completely separate mode from the single player mode with it's own map and storyline taking place before the player arrives at Sandrock in the single player game. The developers are aiming to release the game by the end of summer, 2023. ![]() Next single player content update (scheduled for February/March iirc) will conclude second act of the game (out of 3 total acts).
